Important Year-End Giving Information

Thank you for considering a year-end donation. To ensure your gift meets IRS requirements for deduction as a charitable contribution in 2009, please note the following important deadlines:

• Your gift made by check or in cash must be postmarked no later than midnight, December 31, 2009.
• If you wish to use a credit card, gifts delivered by mail must be received by Wednesday, December 30, 2009. To ensure that your gift is processed before year-end, we recommend making your credit card gift by phone no later than 12:00 noon, December 31, 2009.
• On-line donations may be completed until midnight, December 31, 2009.
• If you are considering a gift of securities, please contact the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network no later than noon on Monday, December 28 or consult your investment advisor as soon as possible.
