Symposium Overview
Please join us for the Pancreatic Cancer Symposium – Bay Area. The Symposium is an educational event for patients/survivors, caregivers, families, friends and healthcare professionals. Learn about pancreatic cancer, treatment options, diet and nutrition, genetics and more. Lunch and refreshments are provided. A coffee station will be available in the morning and afternoon break.
Online and phone registrations close on May 7, 2012. Register by this date to ensure space.
- Pancreatic cancer patients/survivors register and attend at no cost.
- All others may attend for a $15 registration fee if registration is submitted by May 7, 2012. No refunds are available for registrations that are cancelled after May 7, 2012.*
- Those who have not registered by the May 7, 2012 registration deadline may arrive at the Symposium and attend for a $20 fee.*
