Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trial Education and Support Program
Facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Patients are often faced with difficult decisions about available treatment options, including clinical trials.
A Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s Patient and Liaison Services (PALS) Associate can work with you to enhance your upcoming medical appointment by helping you identify important questions to ask about your treatment options through the Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trial Education and Support Program.
In addition to helping you develop a list of questions to take to your healthcare team, our trained staff PALS Associates can:
- provide you with information and tools that may be helpful for you to make an informed decision about your treatment
- assist you in locating clinical trials for which you may be eligible
- connect you to a pancreatic cancer survivor who has participated in a clinical trial for additional one-on-one support
