Participants may begin to depart for the airport at any time on Sunday.
Code of Conduct
As an attendee of PanCAN's Volunteer Leadership Summit, one agrees to maintain his/her conduct throughout the entirety of the weekend. No one under the age of 21 shall consume alcohol. Please note that anyone displaying compromising conduct will be addressed by staff.

Arrival Times
All participants must arrive at the Westdrift Manhattan Beach on Thursday, Aug. 15. Onsite check-in is available Thursday, Aug. 15, from 3 – 6 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 16 from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Members of the Volunteer Advisory Council will need to arrive no later than Wednesday evening, Aug. 14, because of a special VAC Session on Thursday, Aug. 15. Please book your travel accordingly. Sessions will begin Friday morning, and your attendance is required at all sessions. For more information on your specific arrival time, please refer to your email invitation or contact your staff partner.
