High-Protein Mango Blueberry Smoothie

Makes: 1 16 oz smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Boost High Protein
  • 1/2 c full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 c spinach
  • 1/2 c mango
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1/2 c orange juice

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Fiber (blueberries, mango, spinach, chia seeds): can improve heart and digestive health. Can promote regular bowel movements, which can combat against any diarrhea or constipation you might be experiencing.
