About SPARK
PanCAN has built one of the world’s most comprehensive pancreatic cancer research ecosystems. SPARK is PanCAN’s research data platform that enables scientists to access and analyze pancreatic cancer data generated through the organization’s flagship research initiatives, including Know Your Tumor® and Precision Promise®. SPARK integrates these datasets into a secure research environment where academic and industry scientists can explore the data, conduct analyses, and develop new insights that accelerate pancreatic cancer discovery.
How SPARK Works:
PanCAN Clinical Initiatives like Know Your Tumor® and Precision Promise® generate rich clinical, molecular, multiomic, imaging and patient-reported datasets.
SPARK securely enables access to these datasets into a centralized research environment.
Qualified researchers and clinicians at academic institutions and industry can access the platform to explore patterns in tumor biology, test hypotheses, and develop new therapies.
Why SPARK Matters:
- Breaks down silos: Enables collaboration across institutions, disciplines, and
geographies. - Supports AI-driven insights: High-quality, integrated datasets accelerate machine
learning and computational analyses, uncovering new therapeutic opportunities. - Transforms patient contributions into impact: Every dataset represents the
commitment of patients and families advancing pancreatic cancer research. - Drives measurable outcomes: SPARK supports publications, conference
presentations, AI collaborations, and engagement with 30+ research institutions globally.
