The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Visa® Platinum Rewards Card now has a new design that promotes the Wage Hope rallying cry and raises awareness of pancreatic cancer.
With Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday behind us, you may have already put your Pancreatic Cancer Action Network credit card to use this holiday season. In fact, if you’ve been a cardholder since the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Visa Platinum Rewards Card was introduced, you’ve been giving back to the organization through your card purchases for the past six years.
Since 2008, CardPartner from UMB Bank has been a Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Community Ambassador. It is the organization’s longest running cause-marketing relationship.
UMB contributes $50 for every new card that is used to make a purchase within 90 days of being issued, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network receives 0.3 percent of all net retail purchases each time the card is used.
The card has also gotten a facelift: It now has a new design that promotes the Wage Hope rallying cry and raises awareness of pancreatic cancer.
Jennifer Russell, vice president of business development at UMB Bank, said the company was pleased to help Pancreatic Cancer Action Network supporters make an impact every time they use the card.
“The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network has a tremendously passionate and dedicated supporter base nationwide that is focused on advancing research and helping those affected by pancreatic cancer,” Russell said. “We believe that these supporters really enjoy the ability to support the organization’s important initiatives through this Visa card program, and we look forward to our continued relationship.”
