Whether this is your first PurpleStride or your 18th, you’ll experience the power of what happens when we stride together with survivors, families, friends, researchers and more. It’s simply inspirational.

PurpleStride 2025 raised more than $17.6 million to help further critical research and get patients and families the resources and information they need to thrive through PanCAN Patient Services – what will accomplish together for PurpleStride 2026?!

Every dollar raised is a step toward a cure. Your community is waiting for you, so register now. Team Captains from previous years can bring back their teams, or if this is your first year, you can register as a Team Captain and build your team from scratch! Want to challenge yourself as a solo Strider? You can do that, too! Registration is free!

We’ve made some updates to make PurpleStride more impactful for patients and families, so make sure you keep an eye out for new information and deadlines.

Earn Your PanCAN PurpleStride 2026 T-Shirt

This year, everyone who registers and raises or self-donates $100+ as reflected on their Personal Fundraising Page by Sunday, April 5, 2026, will earn an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2026 T-shirt that will be mailed in April for receipt by event day.

Don’t miss out – raise $100+ early to show off your T-shirt before and on event day! Didn’t make the April 5 deadline? You can still earn your T-shirt until May 31 and have it shipped post-event!

  • Raise $100+ by April 5 to receive your T-shirt by event day.
  • Raise $100+ April 6 -- 26 to have your T-shirt shipped in May.
  • Raise $100+ April 27 to May 31 to have your T-shirt shipped in June.

We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates and are not responsible for any shipping delays.

Participant T-shirts will not be available for pick up on event day.

Everyone who registers as a survivor or a volunteer by Sunday, April 5, 2026, will be mailed an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2026 Survivor or Volunteer T-shirt in April for receipt by event day, with no fundraising minimum required. This is in addition to the official 2026 T-shirt you receive for raising $100+.

Become a PanCAN PurpleStride Grand Club Member

Registered Striders who raise $1,000+ will become a PanCAN PurpleStride 2026 Grand Club member and earn an exclusive piece of Grand Club gear – a lightweight hoodie for adults and a youth hoodie for our younger Grand Club members!

A Little Friendly Competition

A little friendly competition is always fun when it’s for a good cause. PanCAN takes pride in recognizing our top fundraisers and top teams and we’re excited to recognize these special groups on event day.

When a team hits a specific fundraising level for their PurpleStride event, they’ll be recognized as part of the Champion Circle and receive special benefits based on the level they reach as a show of gratitude. Benefits include personalized signage, private tents on event day and more.

Stride How You Like with PanCAN PurpleStride Your Way

No PurpleStride event in your area? Want to celebrate PurpleStride on a day other than Saturday, April 25, 2026? Register for PurpleStride Your Way (formally PurpleStride USA) and be a part of our biggest community event of the year – wherever you are and in any way you would like!

With PurpleStride Your Way, you can get creative! Past participants have invited family and friends to walk around a neighborhood park, organized trivia nights, hosted bake sales and planned other community fundraising events. The only limitation is your imagination – get out there and make it meaningful.

The best way to get involved is to become a Team Captain and invite your family and friends to join your team and set their own fundraising goals. We’ll give you all the tools you need!
