Following my Whipple surgery, radiation, chemotherapy (which was unsuccessful), more chemotherapy (also unsuccessful) my oncologist told me I was out of options. At best I had 10 months to live.

I didn’t believe him! I knew there was something else out there to try. I found, with the help of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, that there were additional treatment options. My doctor and I sat down to discuss these treatment options and we decided on a combination chemotherapy treatment. Four treatments and I am now cancer free!! I am now seeing my oncologist every 4 -- 6 months! I never would have made it this far without the help of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network!!
